Clear policies to ensure the best therapeutic experience
Cancellation Policy
You will receive a reminder notification 48 hours ahead of your session which will allow you to make any adjustments to your appointment.
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Reschedule option within 1 business day if available

Good Faith Estimate
Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the No Surprises Act to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate detailing out-of-network care.

Scope of Care
It is outside of our scope of care to complete any ESA, FMLA or related paperwork, but we can connect you with a provider who can!

Payment & Insurance
Clear payment policies and insurance information for your therapy sessions
Fees and Payment
Fees are determined by length of sessions and payment is due at the time of services. Session fees will be disclosed to any new client prior to the initial session.

Insurance
We do not take insurance, but can offer superbills for out of network reimbursement. We encourage you to reach out to your provider to determine your benefits ahead of time.
